1. What LynkSPhere sells
LynkSPhere licenses and sells only LynkSPhere-developed software unless explicitly stated otherwise. A LynkSPhere license covers our own applications, our app compatibility framework, our automotive web environment, our navigation, HUD, display and localization integrations, and the configuration tools used to install and set them up on a supported vehicle.
2. References to third-party applications and services
References to third-party applications and services on this website describe compatibility only. They do not imply any commercial relationship, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
- Third-party applications remain subject to their respective developers' licenses and terms.
- LynkSPhere does not sell subscriptions, accounts or licenses for Google, Spotify, Netflix or other third-party services.
- Users are responsible for holding any subscription or account required by the respective third-party service, and for complying with that service's terms.
- LynkSPhere does not modify third-party applications.
3. Web services
The LynkSPhere automotive web environment loads supported web services directly from their respective providers. Authentication takes place directly with that provider. LynkSPhere does not host, resell or sublicense the underlying services. Login credentials are not collected or stored by LynkSPhere; session information required to keep a user signed in remains locally on the vehicle.
4. Trademarks
LynkSPhere is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Lynk & Co, Geely, Flyme, Google, Spotify, Netflix or other third-party service providers referenced on this website. All product names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify compatibility with LynkSPhere.
Android Auto and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.
5. Availability
Compatibility depends on the vehicle, its system version and the version of the respective third-party application. Providers may change their applications or services at any time, which can affect compatibility. LynkSPhere cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of third-party applications or services.
