How to install the LynkSPhere Suite

A wireless, step-by-step guide — from creating your account to your first application on the vehicle. Choose whether you install from an Android phone or a Windows PC.

Before you start

Installation

Step by step

Pick your installer device — the steps below adapt automatically.

Account

Create your account & activate your license

Create an account with your email and a password and choose your license.

  1. Confirm your email address via the link we send you.
  2. Complete the payment — WhatsApp, Telegram or the contact form.
  3. We activate your license. You can then sign in to the installer.
You don't need your VIN to register — it's linked to your license during installation.
Vehicle

Check the vehicle configuration interface

The LynkSPhere installer configures your own vehicle through the Android debug interface that the infotainment system provides over the network (port 5555). On most supported Flyme Auto systems this interface is already available.

It is used to install the LynkSPhere Suite and to apply the application permissions and display settings that the software needs on your vehicle.

If the installer later reports No vehicle with open ADB port found, the interface is not reachable on your vehicle — contact us and we will help you with your specific model.

Network

Put the vehicle and your phone on the same Wi-Fi

Recommended: turn on the vehicle hotspot and connect your phone to it.

Alternative: turn on your phone hotspot and connect the vehicle to it — the installer checks hotspot clients too.

Turn off VPNs and mobile-data-only modes while installing — they can hide the vehicle from the network scan.
Installer

Download & open the installer

  1. Download the LynkSPhere installer (APK) on your phone.
  2. Open the file. If Android asks, allow Install unknown apps for your browser or file manager.
  3. Launch LynkStore Installer.
Sign in

Sign in with your LynkSPhere account

Enter the username and password of your LynkSPhere account and tap Sign in.

Then choose Vehicle installer. (Phone apps offers LynkSPhere companion applications for your phone — useful later.)

Connect

Find your vehicle & connect

The installer searches automatically — gateway, network devices, hotspot clients and a full network scan. Tap Find vehicle to search again, then Connect.

Not found? Enter the vehicle's IP address manually (port 5555).

Install

Install the LynkSPhere Suite

Tap Install LynkStore — the button that installs the LynkSPhere Suite — and keep the vehicle switched on. The installer will:

  • download the current version of the LynkSPhere Suite,
  • install it for the driver and passenger user,
  • apply the required application permissions and display settings,
  • read your VIN and link it to your license,
  • and sign you in on the vehicle automatically.
Done when the log shows Installation complete. If the VIN cannot be read, you will be asked to enter it — 17 characters.

In the car

First start

The LynkSPhere Suite is now on your infotainment system. Here is how to get the most out of the first five minutes.

  1. Open the LynkSPhere Suite on the infotainment system.
  2. Allow the permissions requested on first start.
  3. Check Settings — your license should show Active.
  4. Go to Apps, tap Refresh apps and install the LynkSPhere applications you need.
  5. For LynkSPhere applications (HUD, Maps, Display Manager…) the required permissions are applied automatically. If something does not start, open Permissions → Set special permissions.

Something not working?

The most common messages from the installer and the store — and what to do.

No vehicle with open ADB port found

Make sure your installer device and the vehicle are really on the same Wi-Fi, that VPN is off and that the infotainment system is awake. Tap Find vehicle again.

Still nothing? Enter the vehicle's IP manually with port 5555. If that fails too, the configuration interface is not reachable on your system — contact us with your model.

Pairing failed

Pairing is optional and only needed on systems that use Android wireless-debugging pairing. Check that the IP, the pairing port and the 6-digit code match what the vehicle shows — the code changes every time the dialog is opened.

VIN could not be read

No problem — enter the 17-character VIN manually when asked. You will find it in the vehicle information screen, on your registration document or at the base of the windscreen.

Store download failed / license not active

The software can only be downloaded with an active license. Check that your payment was confirmed and your account activated, then sign out and sign in again.

Session expired

Sign in again in the installer, or in the LynkSPhere Suite under Settings on the vehicle.

The application list in the vehicle is empty

Open Settings and tap Check License. Once it shows Active, go back to Apps and tap Refresh apps. The vehicle needs an internet connection to load the list.

An application installed but does not start or show its overlay

Open Permissions in the LynkSPhere Suite and tap Set special permissions. This applies the overlay, accessibility and notification settings that LynkSPhere applications need. For the HUD, use Settings → Restart LynkSPhere HUD.

I want to remove LynkSPhere again

Connect with the installer as described above and tap Uninstall LynkStore. The Suite is then removed for all users on the infotainment system.

Tips & tricks

Get more out of the LynkSPhere Suite

Queue your installs

Tap Install on several applications — they land in the Queue and up to three install in parallel.

Apps for the passenger

Install an application on the driver display first, then use Install on passenger or Install on rear screen.

Launch on any display

The Display tab starts any installed application on the driver or passenger screen — optionally in fullscreen.

Send destinations from your phone

Sign in with the same LynkSPhere account on your phone and in the vehicle. Incoming destinations appear under Location — open them in a supported navigation application or save them for later.

HUD on your terms

Turn the LynkSPhere HUD on or off and restart it from Settings. Fine-tune the overlay in HUD Settings.

Free up memory

Settings → Kill user background apps stops applications running in the background. Your home screen keeps running.

Keep the Suite current

Settings → AppStore Update → Check for updates installs new versions of the Suite directly in the vehicle — no installer needed.

Force a clean reinstall

An application acting up? Triple-tap Install to remove it and install it again from scratch.

Filter the list

Use the category buttons — LynkSPhere, Google, Tools, Navigation, Video, Music — to find applications faster.
