Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use this website and license LynkSPhere software.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the LynkSPhere website and the purchase of licenses for LynkSPhere software from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY] ("LynkSPhere", "we", "us").
2. What we provide
We develop and license automotive software for supported Flyme Auto and Android Automotive systems. A purchase grants a license to use LynkSPhere software on one vehicle, as described in the software license agreement. Third-party applications, accounts and subscriptions are not part of our service; see the third-party software & trademarks notice.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use LynkSPhere software. Keep your credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Your license is activated after your payment has been confirmed and is linked to the vehicle identification number of the vehicle it is installed on.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment provider; their terms apply to the payment transaction. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
5. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the vehicle the software is installed on, or that you are authorised by the owner.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply where you use the vehicle, including road-traffic and type-approval rules.
- You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions with third-party providers.
- You may not resell, sublicense, copy or redistribute LynkSPhere software.
6. Availability and changes
We continue to develop the software and may add, change or remove features, for example when a vehicle manufacturer changes its system. We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to new purchases.
7. Warranty and liability
We provide the software with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud. [ADJUST TO YOUR JURISDICTION.]
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], with the courts of [PLACE] having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
