Software License Agreement
The license terms for LynkSPhere-developed software on your vehicle.

1. License grant
Subject to payment and to these terms, LynkSPhere grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the LynkSPhere software on one vehicle, identified by the vehicle identification number linked to your license, for the term you purchased.
2. What the license covers
The license covers LynkSPhere-developed software only: the LynkSPhere application suite, the app compatibility framework, the automotive web environment, the Android Auto, navigation, HUD, display and localization integrations, and the configuration tools. Third-party software remains subject to its own licensing terms.
3. Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing, renting or redistribution of the software.
- No reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
- No removal of copyright or license notices.
- No use on a vehicle other than the one the license is linked to.
4. Updates
Updates to LynkSPhere software provided during your license term are covered by this license and may replace or change parts of the software.
5. Vehicle configuration
Installation applies configuration settings to your own vehicle using interfaces available on that vehicle's infotainment system, so that LynkSPhere and compatible applications can function. You confirm that you are entitled to make these changes on the vehicle.
6. Ownership
LynkSPhere software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest in the software remain with LynkSPhere and its licensors.
7. Termination
The license ends at the end of its term, or if you materially breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the software and remove it from the vehicle.
8. Disclaimer
The software is provided with reasonable care and skill, but not error-free. Do not operate the infotainment system while driving where it distracts you from the road. You remain responsible for the safe and lawful operation of your vehicle. [ADJUST TO YOUR JURISDICTION.]
